| The camp is a well concealed hollow surrounded by prickly brambles, with a tiny path leading to the entrance. There is hardly any grass on the marsh, but the ground is muddy and cool. The leader's den is beneath the roots of a large oak tree, and the warrior's den lies under a bramble bush lined with pine needles and moss. There is a smooth boulder at the edge of camp, which serves as a higher place for the leader to address the camp. Propped up next to this large rock is another rock, which creates a sheltered cave underneath. It is the medicine cat den. Surrounding it are ferns where the sick or wounded cats can rest. There is another hollow surrounded by a thorn bush, which serves as the nursery. Credit: http://warriors.wikia.com/wiki/Warriors_Cats_Wiki | |

The sleek-furred feline strode through camp. Her long bushy tail trailing high behind her. She ducked into the bramble bush that was filled with the overwhelming scents of her clanmates. She wrinkled her jet black nose and glanced around for Briarthorn. Despite her reluctance to be around the rambunctious male, she needed to stretch her paws outside. Hunting was the first thing that came to her mind, but the Greenleaf drought did worry her. However, the marsh still clung to it's over hanging humidity, but the ground was much more solid than it had even been for moons. The triangular arches on her head twitched, as if agreeing with her negative thoughts. She shook her head and sighed under her breath. 'I should clear my thoughts too.' She thought staring at the slowly rising and falling form of Briarthorn. She prodded his side with a paw. Her copper colored eyes waited for any other movement registering in the male's body. Soon, her eyes adjusted to the darker light, and the individual stripes along the tom's back appeared.

| Boneclaw growled under his breath. A clanmate was awake, just when he wanted to slink away. He hated being around other cats, nothing left of the fluffy, social kit he once was. He hung to the shadows like moss on a rock, waiting for the she-cat to do whatever it was she was doing and leave so he could find a dry spot to nap out in the marsh, away from everyone else. | |

ShadestormWarrior of ShadowclanBut the sun manages to rise everyday, have a little faith The Bombay could feel eyes burn into her back, she stole a side-ways glance at the stark white cat across camp. His name popped into her mind, and she kept from outwardly flinching. She focused her coppery eyes on the pelt before her, trying to distract herself from the other warrior. Boneclaw was part of the more cold-hearted of the clan. He was a pillar to the legend of the mountain wind chilling Shadowclan hearts. She stopped herself from huffing in exasperation. Despite those chilly eyes, Shadestorm could guess he was a real softy on the inside. Just about every cat in Shadowclan was like that. Though, it took a long time to "crack the ice" to get into the deeper parts of his heart. 'Trust complexes would be the first thing that comes to mind...' She thought, blinking slowly at the fluffy, striped pelt of Braiarthorn. The other cats strayed away from her as well. The she-cat frowned. 'Do I look that scary?' She thought pursing her lips in thought.

| Boneclaw noticed that the she cat looked at him, and sighed. It was no use, his white pelt was only good for hunting in Leaf bare. He slunk by her, growling under his breath and padded out of camp. Normally he liked to not be noticed, but this time he really didn't care. Someone could go and tell the leader for all he cared, he'd still sneak out. Hissing at what a loner he was hidden inside a clan, he shook his head before slinking out of eye sight.

| ooc: Ack. Didn't realized you'd mentioned him by name *headdesk*
There seemed to be a very bothersome blunt-ended stick stuck somewhere in his nest. It was poking through even his thick fur, prodding his belly every so often and abruptly putting an end to any attempt to fall into a deeper sleep than he was currently experiencing. It was annoying, to say the least, and even in the half-dozed state his lips curled back against his sharp white teeth.
Not that it did any help. It only poked him again, and again...in fact if he didn't know any better, he would say the stick was being very...persistent.
Oh.
Blinking awake, the tomcat rolled over in his nest to find that it wasn't a stick at all, but rather Shadestorm, who as of yet seemed to have tried everything but jumping on him to wake him up. "Wassat?" He growled, blinking owlishly in the light. "'M not supposed ta be on patrol this mornin', was I?" What else could she possibly want?

| OOC: No worries ^_^ Sorry for not replying sooner, though. Like the moon, everything will have a dark side
ShadestormWarrior of ShadowclanBut the sun manages to rise everyday, have a little faith The black she-cat was jolted back into reality when a growl emanated from the bushy bundle of fur in front of her. Her copper eyes widened ever so slight, but the surprise evaporated into the usual neutral expression she always had on. His way of speaking was either the grogginess of sleep, or maybe that was really how he spoke like all the time. The Bombay didn't usually interact at all with the brown tom, so it did occur to her that maybe it was the way he spoke. She pressed her lips together in solely regret, but she couldn't back out now. Swallowing the frustration directed at herself, she replied quietly to the cat. "There is no need to worry yourself about morning patrol. However, this recent drought has me worried about both water and the fresh-kill pile." Luckily, their humid landscape had attracted some animals, but it was smaller than last Greenleaf. Her triangular ears twitched in uncertainty. "And I'll have to ask you to join me in a hunting patrol." She said dipping her head in thanks. "It is only obligatory, you have no other reason to join me." She said, trying to polite.

| Still mostly asleep, Briarthorn kicked out his feet, stretching luxuriously. It was very unlikely that he would be falling back asleep now that he had been woken by his clanmate. "M'up." He grumbled, slowly rising to his paws fully, every bit of his staticy fur arching to their fullest extent, making him appear at least twice his massive size.
She might have had a point about the drought, but Briarthorn had never before worried about the drought. So long as there was enough food to satisfy even him, that was fine. "I suppose I can help ya. Though I don't think ther's nothin' for us ta worry 'bout. Starclan's not let us starve yet." He grumbled. "Just give me a moment, will yeah?" He had a bit of a kink in his back. He wasn't ready for early mornings.
